Any word on linking accounts to Mint/Intuit? I've seen posts in the past about security verification protocols, but it seems Mint's latest update requires me to have multi-factor authorization for most of my accounts. So I'd be surprised if they still don't meet Spectrum's standards.
Is there anyone else still getting this error? I don't want to have to call in and wait on line to make a payment, and it's not my bank that is blocking it. I saw in previous topic that is was "solved" by having to call in the payment. Is that the only option?

Purely by coincidence my wife is listed as the account owner. I am the one managing things and fixing problems (not to mention paying for the service). How does one assign or change account owner status or add another user as account owner to avoid any issues when changing account services?
I am certain my wife has no interest in spending a day at the Hilton Head store updating this information.
My online account (setup 4 years ago ) was deleted sometime in the past few months without my knowledge and for no apparent reason.
When I tried to login it failed. When I tried the fogot password, the website refused to recognize my email or phone number that I have always used with my account.
Tech support did however recognize my phone number. I was told I never had an online account to begin with, which is obviously incorrect.
I had to create a new online account.

Why does My Account say my Samsung set top box status is "Unknown"? If I click to refresh it then it still says "unknown status".

The show devices on the web interface to Spectrum used to show the model and serial number for devices, but now just seems to show the model number. I have multiple cablecards and tuning adapters so knowing which is which for device status or restarting would be extremely helpful. Does anyone know who could be contacted to get that function restored?
I was prompted to update my primary contact information when logging into the new my account page. It asked for the phone number and phone type, when I entered in my mobile number and selected the phone type as mobile, the web page keeps reverting the phone type back to non mobile. That bug needs to be fixed since that phone type option will not allow for text messages.

I am a new customer and I would like to use my bank to send a payment electronically to pay my bill. My bank has a automatic payee search section to find the business or utility company address and my bill says Spectrum and shows the address of 4145 s falkenburg rd Riverview FL. 33578-8652 but under the please remit payment to it says

My bank doesn't have this listed as a payee choice to send a electronic payment but it does have the Spectrum address in Falkenburg FL.as a choice to choose and so since it doesn't have the Time warner address the payment has to be sent by check only and I do not want to set it up that way I prefer it be electronic without a check so can I choose the address for spectrum in Falkenburg FL as the payee address? Or should I contact my bank ?

I switched my account over to Spectrum from TWC today, is there anything I need to do on the account side? Does my login information stay the same? Do I get a new account number? I received a list of partner streaming apps but am unable to login to a few that weren't included with my TW plan. Is this just something that might take a little time to migrate over? Just curious.

You need to fix your app or fix my account. I have had a issue since December where I cannot pay through your app due it showing multiple statements on my account. Though I only have internet. The issue started after I transferred service to a new address, prior to my move the rep said there would be multiple statements but would fall off after a month. Well 6 months later I still have the multiple statements, and due to the configuration of your app it refuses to accept my payments through it. I have submitted at least 3 tickets on the issue, also spoke with countless reps, none of which seem to be able to resolve this issue. If someone can please get this resolved it would be appreciated. Thank you.

I called customer service to find out about seasonal status, and was told it costs $15 a month. I watched the video about it at the support site and it says it costs $5 a month per service. Which is it? Could be both I guess if one has TV, Internet, and phone, I guess, but I would just like to understand it better. Thanks!

According to Mint.com technical support, their service is being blocked from accessing account information forTWC customers including myself. Can you please remove the block preventing Mint.com from retrieving information from the site? I use it often to track bill payments and not being able to access my account prevents it from notifying when my bills are due and paid.

It keeps redirecting. TWC redirects to spectrum.net which when you log in properly will redirect to TWC which redirects back to spectrum login page.
I have attempted resetting my password and tried to login from multiple devices, browsers, and the MySpectrum app but I am always redirected to login page. I know it's not an issue with my actual password because if I put password in wrong it tells me my login info is incorrect. This seems like a TWC issue - how can I fix??

Dear Spectrum,
I recommend that when customers are viewing the billing part of "My Account" (Formerlly "My Services,") that their should be an easier way to see see an itemized list of subscribed services and charges associated with their account.
There is a way to do this currently. BUT you have to go to the "Upgrade My Services" option to see the itemized list. Note that you don't have to upgrade, but if you ever see the "Upgrade My Services" option, click on that and look at the upper right-side of your screen. You will see an itemized list of your Spectrum services, prices, and a total. It is similar to your online/paper statement ,except taxes and franchise fees are not included.
I am proposing to make that statement list more easily available. For instance, when you log into your Spectrum "My Services" account, at the top of the page, a tab that says, "My Current Services and Charges." Note the following:
1.) You can currently only see the services and charges list using the update services option. This may make the customer feel obligated to update, when all they want to do is see their services and price totals.
2.) If you make changes to your services, you can look under Recent Changes/Charges. But that is very unorganized and confusing. Seeing a clear itemized list of what you have and the charges you are paying when using the Update My Services Option" if that list was more easily accessible, it would help a lot of customers.
3.) Currently, all you can review in "My Account" with regards to billing, are your "Recent Changes/Charges" and current balance, and must wait for your online statement, or use the "Update My Services" option to see the list of services and charges. (Or wait in the mail for your paper statement.)
4.) I understand that it would not be possible to list the taxes and franchise fees on the itemized service list at "My Services" because these rates vary by community and municipality.
5.) I understand that a reasonable amount of time for processing will be needed to add/delete.or make changes to the services and price lists. All that is needed is a way for an itemized list of customer's subscribed services and pricing to be readily accessible at the "My Account" website.

This is the error message that I am getting when trying to get payment going. I am deaf and it (edited) me off when the virtual assistance does not know how to help me. So why am I getting this error message?
This has been happening ever since the new site went live, when on earth is it going to be fixed? The phone in system takes forever and does not allow enough time to enter in info manually, and when I speak my info it's always wrong.
I haven't been on the forums for a couple of years and in the interim, Spectrum has taken over TWC. I still have a legacy TWC account.... Internet and Starter TV.... and have no desire to replace it with a Spectrum account at the moment. I want to remove Starter TV from my account but keep the TWC Internet service I have, as is.
Can this be done, without having to change my entire account over to a Spectrum package? All I want to do is remove the Starter TV service, turn in the old digital box it came with, and just continue with my current Internet service.

I was on the Spectrum Mobile website using my iphone. I was at the checkout portion of the page. I was trying to start new service on a new wireless line. The page reset to the very beggining and nothing was showing in my cart. So after trying 4-5 more times I get through the process where it ask Are you an existing Spectrum Internet Customer. I tick yes then it takes me to the Spectrum Log In Page and after entering my log in details I get the message You are already logged in on another session please close this one to continue. Tried again on PC as well and get the same message.
First, yes, I know Spectrum offers an auto-debit service called AutoPay. That's not what I need. I need Spectrum to submit an ebill to my bank. Most banks offer ebills and most utilities and many other payees offer ebills.
Actuallly, I exaggerated slightly in my title. Of all my payees, only two fail to offer ebills: Spectrum and my homeowner's association. The failure of the HOA to do so does not surprise me, and that one can be worked around by simply auto-paying the fixed dues each month. But, since the Spectrum bill is not a fixed amount (due to on-demand charges), I need an ebill.
Why don't I want to use Spectrum Auto Pay? Ebills are more flexible. I can manage them all in the same place: online at my bank. If there is a change in my service setup, I can turn off the ebill auto-pay until I am sure the new billing amounts are correct, simply paying the ebill manually.
What's in it for Spectrum? First, you'll make some customers happy. Second, you'll save on mailing customer bills to people like me, who would drop the postal mail bill if an ebill was offered. Absent that, I will continue to insist on a paper postal mail bill.

Hi, I have been paying my Spectrum, previous TWC bill, online for 20 years. Today, I went online to pay under billing and there wasn't a way to pay by checking account, which is how I always do it. I ended up paying itvia customer support, then was told that noone could fix the problem. Well, somebody needs to fix it. Get the website areas working properly. Somebody has interfered with our accounts in some manner that needs to be rectified. Someone has to be apprised of this situation and the websire usage needs to be repaired, Thanks fo rlistenin g and assisting!

Weird/Odd. Got and activated a new CC with its same numbers and new expiration date, but spectrum.net's account shows its expiration date already updated. Huh? Uh, is that normal? Usually, they have to be done manually. :/

I am positive these are a scam, but I thought I would post here to make sure and alert others. I have started receiving calls on my Spectrum landline that claim to be from Spectrum.
It is a recorded message in a woman's voice saying:
Hello, this is Spectrum your local cable TV provider. Right now take advantage of our no money down, no contract, and price guarantee for 24 months at monthly rates as low as 29.99 a month for each service when bundled. Press 1 and immediately be directed to a representative or press 9 to have your name removed from the list.
These calls come from random different numbers within my area code. As is obvious I am already a Spectrum customer and from everything I have read Spectrum does not make these kind of offers to existing customers. They also leave no contact information to return their call, you must press 1 to speak to them. The calls also never make it to my phone because they seem to be stopped by NOMORROBO, or what ever the name of Spectrum's spam blocking service is, so they end up automatically directed to voice mail.
I got one call last week and two today back to back. I am in Southeast Wisconsin.
As I stated at the beginning I am sure these must be a scam, but I thought Spectrum and readers of this forum should know that they are happening.
